Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: How can I view my Reports?

Step 2: Non-Tax relevant Part
2.1 The non tax-relevant part is an information part for you as an owner to understand today's business. The whole section is based on Orders, which has been created or accepted today - independent of the payment.
2.2 Order Types: The first section separates all orders into their order types. You can see the amount and revenue per type. (PickUp, Inhouse and Delivery.) Fees are listed as well. You can see the Total Amount and Revenue of your orders at the end of this section.
2.3 Not paid Orders: All Orders, which were not paid in the given period of time, will be listed in the Section not paid orders. Those are splitted between Sources and summarized as a total.
2.4 Cancellations: In the final Section you can see the amount of your cancelled and rejected Orders.
Step 3: Tax relevant Part
3.1 The tax-relevant part is important for your tax consultant and for you, to check the current cash balance. This Section is now based on receipts, meaning on real payments.
3.2 Payment Types: The Section Payment Types is splitted into Source and again into payment method. Refunds (Paid Receipts, which has been cancelled) are counting as payment method as well. If you have paid one order with cash, refunded this receipt and paid it again with card, you will see three payments. The Amount of refunds is listed everytime with positiv amounts, but with negative revenue. This behaviour garantuees, that your amount of transactions and the revenue is correct and understandable, even you refunded on any other day later.
3.3 Taxes: Taxes are splitted into cash and non-cash transactions and into the correct VAT rates. The taxes are based on payments. Refunded transactions will decrease the taxes.
3.4 Summary: The Summary Part gives you a quick overview about net revenue, taxes and gross revenue of all payments done in the time of the Z-Report.
