Troubleshooting/Common Issues
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Where do I find my reports?
1.1 In the dashboard, selecting either "Financial reports" or "view reports" opens the Financial reports. It contains a list of all reports created by the POS.
1.2 Selecting any report from the list of reports opens a detailed view of the report. This can also be printed out via the "print" button
Step 2: What is an X-report? And what is a Z-report?
2.1 The X-report covers the currently ongoing day. This means the report is not final, and as such not a proper financial report, as all new orders will be added to the report until the day is closed.
The X-report displays the current status of the day.
2.2 The Z-report is a finalised financial report for a specific period of time, usually one day. This report can no longer be changed once it has been created and is considered an official document.
Step 3: How can I create an individual Report?
3.1 The individual reports are based on the date and time of the financial data, not on completed cash days. Select ‘Reports’ on the left-hand side of the financial reports. Now you have three different options: Day, Month or Range.
3.2.1 Specific Day: Open the tab "Day" and decide for the day you want to see. Press "Print" for a printout.
3.2.2 Monthly Report: Open the tab "Month" and decide for the month you want to see. Press "Print" for a printout.
3.2.3 Range: Open the tab "Range" and decide for the time range you want to see. Press "Print" for a printout.
3.3 An individual report was created. This report is independent of your Z-Reports.
