Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Set up an employee as a waiter
1.1 Open the Dashboard and navigate to "Employees".
1.2 Create a new employee via clicking on "Add new employee"
1.3 Fill in all mandatory fields (Name and phone number).
1.4 Select Waiter as an employee role.
1.5 Optional you can add individual preferences like language and cash in calculator settings.
1.6 Click "Add new employee" to create the Waiter.
1.7 Handover the pincode to the selected employee.
Step 2: Cash in Orders as a waiter
2.1 The difference between a Cashier and a Waiter is mainly, that Waiters cash in Table Assigned Orders. The payments will be part of the own purse.
2.2 Waiters needs to log in with their pincode to get table orders assigned.
2.3 An order gets assigned automatically to the Close Shift, when this order is a cashed in table order.

Step 3: Close the Shift for the waiter
3.1 Open the "close shift" menu via the dashboard. You can see an overview of all open shifts from your waiters and drivers
3.2 Select a waiter and press "Close shift". The shift will be closed and the shift report will be printed automatically.
3.3 Closed shifts can be selected from the "closed" list and reprinted when necessary.
