Step 1: Send your logo to Support
1.1 Open a new conversation with our support team.
1.2 Send the logo you wish to get printed on your receipt to support. In the best case this logo is already black and white.
1.3 Inform, that his logo should be used for CloudPOS.
Step 2: Wait for response
2.1 Please wait until the support team confirms that your request has been processed.
Step 3: Enable setting in CloudPOS
3.1 Open Settings in CloudPOS and open Receipt Settings.
3.2 Enable "Print Logo on Receipt"
3.3 Click the button "Reload Images"
Step 4: Create a test print
4.1 Please create a test order to check if the logo was printed.
4.2 If you would like to make any further adjustments, please contact support again
Troubleshooting/Common Issues
If you see one of the two following error messages, please contact our support team to get help.
"The uploaded logo can't be used. Reason: Unrecognised content at end of stream."
This means, that the uploaded file is not valid.
"Receipt logo not uploaded. Please contact support."
This means, that no file was uploaded.
