Step 1: Live Chat
1.1 Press the button "Live Chat" on the top of the screen next to your RP ID.
1.2 This action is possible from every screen in your CloudPOS.
Step 2: Start the conversation
2.1 Enter your name in the predefined field
2.2 Start the conversation with your question. Our dedicated support team will now help you.
Step 3: Waiting time
3.1 You do not need to stay in the chat while you are waiting. You can click the left arrow to go back to CloudPOS.
3.2 You will be informed of new unread messages via sound and a red number next to the Live Chat.
3.3 The conversation will be visible forever on your device and you can check old messages through clicking again on the Live Chat Button.
