Step 1: Login Level 1
1.1 At Login Level 1 you connect the device to our backend data holding details about your restaurant, employees, menu, etc.
1.2 When you log in, use your restaurant ID and your password.
Step 2: Login Level 2
2.1 At Login Level 2, you log in and will have access to different functions of the POS based on the assigned user role.
2.2 Login Level 2 is done using only the user's PIN code. At least one user always exists (Owner).
2.3 The PIN code is always 6 digits, and the login is done automatically once the correct 6 digits have been entered.
Troubleshooting/Common Issues
Possible Issue 1:
No available licenses for this device.
Solution:
Contact support.
Possible Issue 2:
Restaurant Partner ID isn't found.
Solution:
Contact support.
Possible Issue 3:
Invalid password.
Solution:
Create a new password in your partner centre.
If you are not able to log in to your partner centre, please contact support.
