Step 1: How do I connect the caller ID?
1.1 Using the Comet device provided by us, it is possible to connect a phone line to the POS to see incoming calls
1.2 Connect the Comet device provided by us to both the phone line and the POS. The Comet device has a regular USB connection that should be connected to the POS device.
1.3 Connect the phone cable of the Comet device to your landline. A splitter might be necessaary to connect both the regular phone and the Comet device at the same time.
1.4 In the POS settings under "Phone Settings", select CTI Comet USB.
1.5 Press "Connect" and confirm the connection
Step 2: How do I use the caller ID?
2.1 When a call is incoming, the bottom right button will display as orange. Clicking the phone button opens the caller list. This list displays all incoming calls from the last 5 minutes.
2.2 Clicking a number adds that number to the customer window and removes it from the list of incoming calls
2.3 If the number was saved already, it will instead directly add the customer to the order
