Step 1: Go to the shopping cart icon
Step 2: Choose an item from the menu
2.1 You can add a product using one of the following 3 methods:

Using the menu card on the right

Using the search function
- Using the article number
2.2 You can add a comment to every product by using the comments box.
2.3 The number of products can be adjusted in the basket or at the product selection
Step 3: Choose order type
Step 4: Add customer information if needed. (Required for delivery orders)
4.1 If a customer has been stored previously, their details can be found via the customer search field on the top by either name or phone number.
Step 5: Choose the payment type and complete the order
5.1 Choose either "Complete order without payment" or "..." for further options. If "Complete order without payment" is selected, the order will be completed and printed.
5.2 If "..." is selected, further adjustments can be made to the delivery time, provider and payment method.
Troubleshooting/Common Issues
Possible Issue:
Customers cannot be found.
Solution:
The problem could be caused by several different cases.
- The specific customer was not stored previously.
- The server is not responding.
Try to find another customer, and see if they appear. If they do, then simply create a new customer and then store it to keep it for later.
