Step 1: Where do I find the employee settings?
1.1 Employee settings can be found under "employees" in the dashboard
1.2 Inside is a list of all employees as well as the currently logged in user and the option to add a new employee
Step 2: How do I add a new employee?
2.1 Pressing the "new employee" button opens the window to creatre a new employee:
2.2 To create a new employee is it required to fill
- First name
- Last name
- Employee role
2.3 After creating the employee, the login PIN code will be shown. If an Email was entered, the Code will also be sent to that address
Step 3: How do I edit an employee?
3.1 Pressing the pencil next to an employees name in the overview will open the edit window
3.2 Here all information can be freely changed.
Step 4: How do I see the PIN Code?
4.1 Pressing the pencil next to an employee's name in the overview will open the edit window.
4.2 "Tap to show pin code" will display the PIN code. This button is only available when the currently logged-in user is either an owner or manager.
4.3 Then the PIN is shown.
Step 5: How do I delete an employee?
5.1 Pressing the pencil next to an employee's name in the overview will open the edit window.
5.2 At the bottom of the edit window is a "remove" button. Pressing the button will open a confirmation window to delete the employee.
Troubleshooting/Common Issues:
Why can't I create an new employee?
The option to create a new employee is only available when the currently logged-in user is either the owner or the manager.
Why can't I see the PIN Code?
The option to show the PIN Code of other employees is only available when the currently logged in user is either the owner or the manager.
