This guide will go through different issues you may encounter on your Order Manager and the actions you can take to fix these.
For any troubleshooting, please always start by simply restarting your device. To do this, go to the right-hand side of your device in the indicated area on the image below, and hold the button at the top for a moment.
You'll be presented with two options.
Reboot - Restarts the printer.
Power off - Turns the printer off.
Note: If these options do not work, hold the power button for about 8 seconds. This will do a force reset on the device.
Go ahead and press the Reboot option to see if that fixes the issue. If not, please look below for specific troubleshooting steps.
ORDER MANAGER PAGE IS BLANK:
If you are encountering an issue where your Order Manager application page is blank, follow these steps:
Check your network connection.
In the above screenshot, you will notice that next to the Wi-Fi icon at the top, there is a small icon just below it, indicating that there's an issue with the Wi-Fi connection.
To check the network connection, exit the Order Manager application by clicking the "<" icon at the bottom-left of the device.
Next, enter the settings application. Find the "Network & internet" section, and click on it.
Then, check whether Wi-Fi is connected. The "Wi-Fi" option should be orange.
Here, you can try a few things. First off, disable this option by pressing the orange radio button, then pressing it again.
If this does not work, try restarting your router.
If this does not work, you might want to try another Wi-Fi if available. Press the "Wi-Fi" option at the top to go into the network selection menu. Find the network you want to switch to and enter the password.
If this does not work or you do not have any other Wi-Fi network available, consider switching to the printer to SIM-card connection. To do this, first disable Wi-Fi connection, then press the "Mobile network" option.
From here, make sure the following options are all turned enabled:
- Use SIM
- Mobile data
- Roaming
Once this has been activated, your printer should connect to 4G SIM-card connection. Go back to your Order Manager application to view your orders.
If this does not help, it will have to be raised further.
