For some troubleshooting purposes, we might need to check your network connection. Having no network connection will hinder your printer's ability to function and print orders.
How to Switch to 4G:
On the homepage, click on the "Settings" application. If you cannot find this application, move your finger upwards from the bottom of the screen to bring up your list of apps, and either launch it from there, or find the app and hold it to move it to the home page.
From here, select "Network & internet". It should be the first option in the menu.
Next, switch off Wi-Fi at the top, then select "Mobile Network".
From here, you'll need to select the "Roaming" option to enable the printer to use the 4G network. Also make sure both the "Use SIM" and "Mobile Data" functions are turned on.
Once this has been done, you should see a "4G" icon at the top right of the screen, indicating that the printer is on SIM-card connection.
How to Switch to Wi-Fi:
On the homepage, click on the "Settings" application. If you cannot find this application, move your finger upwards from the bottom of the screen to bring up your list of apps, and either launch it from there, or find the app and hold it to move it to the home page.
From here, select "Network & internet". It should be the first option in the menu.
Next, make sure the Wi-Fi option is turned on, and click on it.
You'll be able to select from a list of networks in your area. Find your network on the list and select it.
If it's a password-protected Wi-Fi network, you'll be prompted to enter the password. You might need to press the empty password field to bring up the keypad.
Once the password has been entered, you'll be connected to the Wi-Fi network.
