The Remote Assistance-function on your Order Manager printer gives our support-team the opportunity to remotely take control in order to assist with troubleshooting.
To do this, you will first off need to activate this functionality on your printer.
Go to the main menu on your printer, and click on the folder called "Tools".
From here, select the "Remote Assistance" application. Generally, you'll find it in the middle.
From here, you press on the grey button next to "Unattend" to activate the Remote Assistance-functionality.
Our support team will now be able to remotely access your printer to help you.
When our support team requests access, you will be greeted by a pop-up message. Click on "Agree" to give us access. If you do not choose anything, we will automatically be granted access within 5 seconds.
Make sure you head into the application again and disable this functionality so your printer cannot be remotely accessed without your consent.
