Find Order

You can search and filter your Orders list to find exactly the order you're looking for.

Step 1

Go to Orders in the side menu.

Step 2

To look up an order, type the order number or the customer's name in the Search orders... box in the top right.

Step 3

To narrow the list down, pick a date or date range, then use the filters:

  • Order Type — e.g. Delivery, Pick Up, Dine In
  • Status — e.g. Accepted, Completed, Cancelled
  • Payment — the payment method

Step 4

You can combine search, date and filters — the list updates to match everything you selected. Scroll down to load more orders.
