Use Special Hours to set different opening hours for specific dates, like bank holidays, a private event or a short week. On those dates, your special hours replace your regular opening hours for pickup and delivery.
Step 1 Open Special Hours
In the menu, click Operating Hours, then Special Hours. Your special hours are listed under Current (they apply today) and Upcoming. Each one shows its dates and the pickup and delivery hours on those dates.
ℹ️ You can also click Add Special Hours on the Opening Hours page. It opens Special Hours with a new entry ready to fill in.
Step 2 Add special hours
Click Add Special Hours. Under Dates, pick the first and the last day (1). Both days are included. For one day, pick the same date twice. Then set the times under Pickup Hours (2) and Delivery Hours (3), and click Save (4).
ℹ️ You can't pick a date in the past. If you already have special hours on one of the dates, you'll see a message asking you to change the dates or edit the existing entry.
Step 3 Use the same hours on two separate dates
If the same hours apply on two dates or you need to set overnight hours, add them to one entry. Click Add Date Range and pick the second date or range. You can add up to two date ranges. To remove one, click the bin icon next to it.
Step 4 Add a break or close one service
To open twice in a day, for example for lunch and dinner, click Add Timeslot and enter the second time slot (1). Each service can have up to two time slots. To close pickup or delivery on these dates, clear the tick next to Pickup Hours or Delivery Hours (2). At least one of them has to stay open.
ℹ️ A time slot has to close on the same day it opens, so you can't set hours past midnight. To close all day, use Holidays instead.
Step 5 Edit or delete special hours
To change an entry, click the pencil icon, make your changes and click Save. To remove it, click the bin icon, then click Delete. Your regular opening hours apply again on those days.
ℹ️ When special hours have already started, you can still change the end date and the times, but not the start date.
Step 6 See past special hours
Turn on Display Past Special Hours to see the special hours that have ended. They show under Past with an Expired tag, newest first. You can't edit or delete them.
