Here's what each status on your Orders list means.
Order statuses
- Placed – A new order has come in from the customer.
- Received – The order is waiting for you to accept or reject it.
- Accepted – You've accepted the order and it's being prepared.
- Completed – The order has been fulfilled.
- Rejected – You turned the order down before accepting it.
- Cancelled – The order was cancelled after being accepted.
ℹ️ If you use YOYOPos Lite, orders move straight from Accepted to Completed — you won't see extra kitchen or delivery stages in between.
