If the printer has sound problems when the order comes through, you can try the following troubleshooting.
1. Select Menu and scroll down using the navigation keys
2. Select Audio
3. Select the Ringer Volume and set the volume to 8 or higher
3a. Select exit to return to the previous menu
4. Select the Speaker Volume and set the volume to 8 or higher
5. Select the Key Tone Volume and set the volume to 3 or higher
Is there sound when pressing the keys?
If yes:
1. Select Menu and scroll down using the navigation keys
2. Select Manage device
3. Select settings
4. Select General Settings
5. Select Auto Reply and set this as OFF, set Direct Answer to OFF
