If the printer is displaying a "DNS Error" message on the screen, it means that there are some issues with the connection.
If you receive this message, first try the following solution:
1. Restart the Printer by pressing the red button in the middle of the printer, right below the screen.
2. Go to Menu -> Wireless LAN -> Disconnect. This will disconnect the currently active Wi-Fi network.
3. While in the Wireless Lan menu, navigate to Scan Networks, and connect to your network again.
If you are still experiencing this message, then try the following solution:
1. Menu -> Manage Device -> Settings -> Clear all. This will clear the cache from the printer.
If this still does not resolve the issue, please get in contact with our Customer Support team to request a new SIM card. Once the SIM card has arrived, you will need to insert it into the machine and restart it for the printer to regain signal.
