How to access accepted Orders with YOYOpos Lite – OrderYOYO - English

This guide shows you how to access accepted Orders from today or days before and explains the possible actions.

Step 1: Open the Orders Page

1.1 Open the Sidebar and select the Button "Orders".

1.2 Now you can see a full list of all orders accepted today via YOYOpos.

1.3 Click on an order to see more details. (E.g. full address, articles)

2.1 Use the Calendar on top to select another day if you want to see orders from the past.

2.2 On the bottom, there is a button to select different filters. You can filter e.g. by Service Type, to see only all delivery orders.

3.1 Complete: Clicking the Complete Button will complete this order. Your customer will see the status reflecting on the confirmation page.

3.2 Cancel: Clicking the Cancel Button will cancel this order. If the customer already paid online, he will get the money refunded.
