This guide shows you how to accept online orders with YOYOpos Lite.

Step 1: Recognize an Online Order
1.1 When you receive a new online order, you will notice this at many points. First, a notification sound is playing on your device. You can choose your preferred sound in Settings.
2.2 A Notification is showing on the top of your screen.
2.3 A red icon is displayed on your sidebar, the number in this icon indicates the waiting Online Orders.
Step 2: View the Online Order
2.1 You can click on the notification or select "Online Orders" in the sidebar.
2.2 Now you will see all online orders, which are not accepted yet.
2.3 Clicking on the Order shows you more details and all ordered articles.
Step 3: Accept or Reject the Order
3.1 After you clicked on the order, you see on the bottom a green button to accept the order and on the top right corner, there is a button to reject the order.
3.2 Before accepting the order, you can change the fulfillment time.
3.2.1 + Will increase the preparation time in 5 minute steps
3.2.2 - Will decrease the preparation time in 5 minute steps
3.3 Now click on Accept to Accept the online order
Step 4: Auto-Accept Online Orders
4.1 On the Online Orders Screen, you might noticed the toggle "Auto-Accept". This toggle is disabled by default.
4.2 Please enable the Toggle if you want to have all orders auto-accepted. The Orders will be automatically accepted with the default preparation time and printed.
4.3 You can change the default preparation time on top in the drop downs for pickup and delivery.
