Step 1: About the device
1.1 The A920Pro card machine is the flagship of card terminals. The contactless area on the top of the terminal is where the customer taps their card or smart device.
1.2 Follow the steps in the pictures below.
Step 2: Connecting to Wifi
2.1 When you receive your YOYOPay card terminal, you have to log in to your local WiFi network.
2.2 Follow the steps in the pictures below.
2.3 Once you have an internet connection, you are ready to take payments.
Step 3: Take payments
3.1 Follow the steps in the pictures below.
3.2 You can print a receipt for the customer once payment is approved.
3.3 If the payment is declined, you will be shown the above. Once accepted, you can try again.
Step 4: Main menu and settings
4.1 When you want to see your transaction, end-of-day report, create a refund, etc., you can on the “Insert Amount” screen swipe left and open the main menu.
Step 5: Transaction list
5.1 You can see your transaction under “LIST”
5.2 If you want to see transactions from another day, you press the date field and change the date on the calendar shown.
Step 6: End of day report
6.1 For an overview of the day, go to the main menu and select "REPORT".
6.2 Generate the report by following the steps below.
6.3 When you run the End of Day report, the report resets to 0. It won’t affect your daily or weekly settlements and payouts, but merely reset the report on the card terminal.
Step 7: Settlements and payouts
71. Transactions from your card machine will be included in your YOYOPay settlement together with other transactions from your YOYOPay app, etc. The settlements can be found in the OrderYOYO Partner Center.
