Step 1: Go to your partner centre
1.1 Go to https://partner.orderyoyo.com/ and log in using your restaurant ID and password.
Step 2: Navigate to the "YOYOPay" section
2.1 Here, you can either choose Transactions or Settlements. If you choose Transactions, please navigate to step 3. If you choose Settlements, please navigate to step 4.
Step 3: Find a specific transaction using filters
3.1 Using the filter options below, you can easily find a specific transaction.
3.2 Start Date --> End date
3.3 State of the transaction
Failed
Cancelled
Completed
Declined
3.4 Type of the transaction
Purchase
Refund
Step 4: Find your settlements using filters
4.1 Using the filter options below, you can easily find a specific settlement.
