How to start a chat through the Partner Centre?
When you are logged in to the Partner Centre you will see a text bubble icon on the bottom right of the screen:
By pressing this icon you will be able to start a chat with us after filling in some information about your restaurant that allows us to know what restaurant you are writing from, and are able to assist you right away. While you are in the website you will see a text bubble icon on the bottom right of the screen:
After pressing this button you will be asked to fill in your name and email address.
After having filled this in you will need to press "Need to speak to human" in order to be connected with one of our agents.
