How to understand your Invoices

Your new invoice will be available in Partner Centre and you will receive an email to let you know when it's ready to view. It will be broken down across 4 pages, delivering a clearer breakdown of your orders and what is being paid into your bank account.

What does my invoice look like?
 
1. Delivery & Pickup Orders
On the first page, you will find a summary of your processed orders. To provide more clarity for you, we have broken down your orders into delivery and pickup.

2. Your Balance
Under OrderYOYO Account, you can see the balance in your account statement. The most important figure can be found in this section – your 'payout'. For example, in the case below, £278.57 has been deducted from the OrderYOYO account and credited into their bank account.

3. Commission Rate Level
On the new invoice, your current level will now be highlighted so that you can clearly see what level of commission you are on that week.

4. Transaction Specification
On page 2, you will be able to see exactly what method of payment your customers have used – such as credit card.

5. Online Refunds
Any refunds from online payments will be shown on page 2. If the refund has occurred for an order in a different invoice period, it will also display here.
Please note, we will only cancel or refund orders with your restaurants direct approval or if the order has not been accepted on the machine in over 5 Days.

6. Additional Charges
On page 3, your invoice summary has been broken down further so that you can clearly see what the additional charges are. Additional charges include any bespoke marketing you have opted in for, such as Google Advertising, Loyalty Schemes, SMS Marketing etc.
